Chances are you found your way here because you’re looking for a yoga teacher training immersion. Or maybe, you’re living with pain and someone recommended me or I came up in an online search. Maybe you visited my yoga retreat center in Costa Rica, Blue Osa, or you listened to my podcast ‘Stop Stretching’. However you found your way here — I am grateful you did.
